Conveniently located and spacious rooms

The large shower in the room exceeded my expectations!

Unfortunately, the noise from passing airplanes was noticeable with the windows open, which may disrupt light sleepers. The area's dining options closed early, limiting our choices for dinner.

It was light, huge and with all the essentials.

I stayed for 1 night in a Single Room. Super close to the airport, and the staff were friendly and flexible. They directed me to a shuttle service for 20 Euro one way, perfect for my needs. The room was clean and had a comfy bed.

We had an excellent breakfast for early risers, for all tastes. The location was best possible, a 10-15 minute walk from Porto di Traiano. Visiting restaurants and bars near the hotel was easy...

I faced issues with the check-in process. After a late flight, the strict policy on check-in times was quite inconvenient. If flights are delayed, it becomes stressful when you can't reach someone at the hotel. Another downside was the lack of early dining options nearby, which limited my choices after arriving late. Despite these inconveniences, the room and the help I received from the staff felt cute.

it was a very comfortable holiday, i would book here again. this pleasant hotel was really exceptionally clean. there was free wi-fi in the rooms and the service in general was excellent. you could leave a car on site. appreciated the good restaurant.

There were issues with customer service, as the person at check-in had an unwelcoming demeanor . While there were a few restaurants nearby, many closed early, limiting food options after hours.

Checking in was a hassle, especially if your flight is delayed since they enforce strict policies. I had issues with a cramped room that left no space to move. The air conditioning didn't work properly. It turned on by itself and was tough to control. The Wi-Fi also had issues. There was no transport provided from the airport, and finding a taxi was a challenge.
